About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including quality control and compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing operations with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to manufacturing and quality assurance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, manufacturing).
- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in manufacturing.
