About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality production and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including quality control and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing operations with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to manufacturing and quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, chemistry, manufacturing).
  • At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in manufacturing.
