Associate Director, Business Systems & Transformation

Onsite role in Winston-Salem, NC. Occasional annual travel to the United Kingdom.

About the role

Lead the global interiors Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) development and application support team of up to 26 resources, including full-time employees and contractors across onsite and offshore locations. Oversee web application development and support for legacy B/E Aerospace software, track team development activities, timesheets, and performance evaluations for full-time employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple ERP and DSI development projects, including the DSI enterprise printing platform upgrade and DSI (inventory and pick-pack-ship processes) integration with SAP for all heritage B/E business units.
• Oversee JD Edwards Enterprise One and JDE World development for consolidating spares and repairs business across interiors into aftermarket operations within JDE/E1.
• Handle change management for all ERP developments and web application migrations to production.
• Attend weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings for team-developed work slated for production.
• Provide weekly status reports on team progress to management and senior leadership.
• Manage the SAP power and controls support team and the Center of Excellence (COE) team within the digital technology department.
• Lead eleven direct reports, including managers, principal specialists, senior analysts, and senior managers in business systems, transformation, and software development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field with 12 years of progressive experience as an ERP Leader or related software role.
• Alternatively, a master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field with 10 years of experience as an ERP Leader or related software role.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One Development tools (Form Design Aid, Report Design Aid, NER, C Business function, BI Publisher).
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and architecting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ERP projects, including conversion projects between JD Edwards World and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and developing published/consumer Business Services using JDeveloper.
• Minimum 4 years of experience developing complex DSI programs integrating with JDE World, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and SAP (IM/WM module) to standardize warehouse inventory processes, including maintenance of DSI infrastructure and upgrades to DSI MEP 9.0.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience (budgeting, forecasting, architecture, and resource management) leading global teams of up to 40+ members in ERP, web applications, warehouse mobility, and use of project management tools (Planview, JIRA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing customized scripts to automate repetitive tasks in MobiControl (SOTI) MDM for managing wireless handhelds.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company immigration sponsorship now or in the future (non-U.S. persons).

Pay

The salary range for this role is $191,651.00 to $298,800.00 USD per year.
