Responsibilities
- Ensure clear progression of related financial tasks across the business
- Steward new client onboardings and ensure set up is completed timely and accurately
- Serve as a liaison between the client’s budget management group and the client team(s) to help coordinate projects across the business
- Help identify and trouble shoot any issues through the workflow to ensure tasks progress in a timely manner
- Attend or lead periodic client-related or departmental meetings
- Establish relationships with client’s finance and procurement teams and be the primary point of contact for any client related billing questions
- Partner with client teams to ensure POs are received and revised in a timely fashion
- Establish and monitor billing practices to ensure they are in accordance with client obligations
- Act as the primary support role for all items related to client billing internally
- Track and maintain clear records of billing activity
- Prepare and maintain client financial reporting reports and back up as needed
- Aid in delivering items related to audit compliance
- Enforce operations policies and best practices across the business
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with growing responsibility in Digital media client finance or budget management positions
- College degree in Finance or Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Familiarity across Prisma, MediaOcean, Dynamics 365, and Cognos preferred
- Strong ability to develop and foster relationships
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, developing solutions and troubleshooting
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Pay
New York: $70,000.00-$125,000.00
Schedule
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom’s corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
