About the role
This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the bioanalytical lead on cross-functional development teams
- Develop and implement bioanalytical strategies that align with regulatory requirements
- Oversee bioanalytical methods for PK, TK, and biomarker analyses
- Lead method development and validation for LBA and LC-MS/MS with external partners
- Collaborate with Translational Sciences to support biomarker strategies
- Partner with Clinical Development teams to support study protocols and operational plans
- Manage bioanalytical sample collection, processing, and reporting across studies
Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of bioanalytical experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
- Significant expertise in regulated bioanalysis with LBA and/or LC-MS/MS platforms
- Experience managing assay development and validation through CROs
- Background in supporting global clinical studies with central laboratories and bioanalytical testing labs
Pay
$150,000 – $195,000 annually
