Associate Director, Bioanalytical Sciences

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. Responsibilities

• Serve as the bioanalytical lead on cross-functional development teams
• Develop and implement bioanalytical strategies that align with regulatory requirements
• Oversee bioanalytical methods for PK, TK, and biomarker analyses
• Lead method development and validation for LBA and LC-MS/MS with external partners
• Collaborate with Translational Sciences to support biomarker strategies
• Partner with Clinical Development teams to support study protocols and operational plans
• Manage bioanalytical sample collection, processing, and reporting across studies

Qualifications

• PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biology, Pharmacology, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of bioanalytical experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
• Significant expertise in regulated bioanalysis with LBA and/or LC-MS/MS platforms
• Experience managing assay development and validation through CROs
• Background in supporting global clinical studies with central laboratories and bioanalytical testing labs

Pay

$150,000 – $195,000 annually
