We are searching for the best talent for Associate Director, AI Next Frontiers to be in Titusville, NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the AI Next Frontier roadmap
  • Lead high-impact AI product initiatives across all three pillars
  • Drive the development and deployment of AI-powered solutions
  • Translate business needs from Marketing, Patient, and Commercial Operations stakeholders into scalable AI-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Patient Services, Commercial Operations, and Medical Affairs
  • Partner with data science, engineering, and design teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions
  • Evaluate and manage external AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partnerships
  • Establish and contribute to best practices for AI product development, experimentation, and scaling
  • Ensure all AI initiatives align with regulatory, privacy, ethical, and medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) standards
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation across Marketing, Patient, and Commercial Operations teams

Requirements

  • Master’s degree required, PhD preferred
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, data science, marketing technology, commercial analytics, or advanced analytics
  • Demonstrated experience leading AI-driven transformation initiatives across one or more of the following: marketing, patient services, or commercial operations
  • Strong expertise in modern AI technologies including Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI systems, NLP, and machine learning
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and/or AI agents
  • Ability to translate complex business needs across marketing, patient, and commercial operations domains into AI product strategies and scalable solutions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
  • Experience evaluating or working with external AI vendors and enterprise AI platforms
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills across both technical and executive audience
  • Pharma, healthcare, or regulated industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), omnichannel marketing ecosystems, and patient hub operations is a plus

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree required, PhD preferred

Pay

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750 USD.
