About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation within the healthcare space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead content governance efforts by establishing editorial standards and quality controls
• Collaborate with various teams to curate and maintain reusable proposal content
• Create and implement strategies to enhance content quality and accessibility
• Oversee content accuracy and compliance within the enterprise content library
• Implement editorial review processes to ensure clarity and consistency in published content
• Work with technology teams to optimize content management and discovery
• Analyze content performance metrics to identify gaps and prioritize content development

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in content management or proposal development in a regulated industry
• Strong editorial skills with a focus on quality control and content governance
• Proficiency in content management systems and familiarity with AI content tools
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business development and subject matter experts
• Strategic thinker with proven ability to develop long-term content strategies

Pay

$97,300 – $170,300 annually
