This role partners cross-functionally to deliver compelling site presentations, leverage data-driven insights, and enhance the customer journey to drive conversion and sales performance.**Responsibilities**Execute and maintain category pages, ensuring accurate, engaging, and brand-aligned digital storytellingOptimize onsite merchandising strategies, including product assortment, placement, and navigationAnalyze ecommerce performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior) to identify trends and opportunitiesSupport seasonal launches, promotional campaigns, and key business initiatives across digital channelsCollaborate with Marketing, Planning, and Creative teams to align site content with broader business goalsMonitor site performance and recommend enhancements to improve the customer experience and conversion ratesAssist in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and continuous optimization effortsEnsure product data, content, and imagery are complete, accurate, and timely**Qualifications**2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insightsExperience working with ecommerce platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), or similar systemsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong cross-functional collaboration and communication skillsEducationBachelor's degree preferredCore CompetenciesDrives ResultsAction OrientedCollaboratesDecision MakingNimble Learning**Benefits**Feeling good starts with you.
