About the role
We are seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join our Digital Infrastructure team. The Associate will play a key role in executing M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions across the digital infrastructure ecosystem, including data centers, fiber networks, wireless infrastructure, communications infrastructure, cloud services, edge computing, and related technology-enabled infrastructure assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute mergers & acquisitions, debt financings, equity financings, and strategic advisory assignments within the digital infrastructure sector.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, merger models, and LBO analyses.
- Prepare pitch books, management presentations, offering memoranda, and other client materials.
- Conduct industry and company-specific research on digital infrastructure markets and trends.
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate workstreams with clients, legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors.
- Draft marketing materials and investor presentations for capital raises and transaction processes.
- Participate in client meetings, management presentations, and investor discussions.
- Mentor and oversee Analyst-level team members while reviewing work product for accuracy and quality.
- Support senior bankers in developing client relationships and originating new business opportunities.

Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, transaction advisory, private equity, or a related field.
- Prior investment banking experience at the Analyst or Associate level strongly preferred.
- Experience covering Digital Infrastructure, Technology, Telecom, Communications, Infrastructure, Industrials, or related sectors is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Experience working on M&A transactions and capital markets assignments.
- Familiarity with key industry metrics such as EBITDA, recurring revenue, utilization, contracted revenue, network reach, and infrastructure asset valuation methodologies.
- Ability to interact effectively with executives, investors, and sponsors.
