Associate Deployment Strategist
Roadmap Strategy
Define and maintain the product roadmap for internal platforms, ensuring alignment with Phenom’s long-term business goals.
Agile Leadership
Run daily Scrums, manage the product backlog, and facilitate sprint planning to ensure high-velocity delivery.
Tool Subject Matter Expert
- Deep-dive into ServiceNow and other internal tools to become a primary resource for configuration, workflows, and optimization.
Analysis & Triage
Proactively analyze system performance, triage incoming technical requests, and troubleshoot roadblocks to ensure platform stability.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate feedback into actionable product features.
Resource Advocacy
Serve as the technical bridge, providing documentation and training to internal teams on tool capabilities.
What You’ve Done
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management within a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on Scrum/Agile experience: Proven track record of running ceremonies and managing development lifecycles.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong desire and ability to master complex enterprise tools (specifically ServiceNow).
- Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to triage technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Background: Experience in HR Tech, HCM, or recruiting platforms is a significant plus.
Pay
Expected salary range $60,000 - $75,000
