We have a unique opportunity wherein our Partners and Associates collaborate with you daily for your overall clinical support and success. We advocate for mentorship and cross service opportunities with our in-office Periodontist, Orthodontist, and Pedodontist. Our Practice philosophy is serving patients' families all under one roof, which is exciting for all Providers.

What we will ask of you

• Commitment to Babylon Dental Care and the patients we serve.
• Teamwork and a willingness to learn every day!
• This role can be your stepping stone to success and professional growth within our practice!
• Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend (or other dental software) would be helpful in setting you up for success, but not mandatory. Ability to be open to learn such software.

Compensation

$250,000.00 - $450,000.00 per year

• Competitive Compensation: To start we pay a generous hourly rate. Each pay cycle we review with you your hourly production averages and when economically beneficial, we move you to a % of collections. The more you produce, the more you potentially earn. This will be discussed further during your interview process. (note, our Practice collection average is over 103%).
