Associate Dentist – Mentorship & Partnership

About the role

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care while building lasting relationships with patients. You’ll have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way, with the support and resources needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of general dentistry cases
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Collaborate with a strong clinical and support team
• Maintain high standards of patient care and clinical excellence
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Idaho dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Desire to grow clinically and professionally
• New grads welcome – mentorship available!
