Associate Dentist – Mentorship & Partnership

Art City Dental is seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join their thriving, full-service practice in Springville, Utah. This is more than a full-time associate role; it's an opportunity to grow clinically, build lasting patient relationships, and step into a long-term career path with mentorship and potential equity. What You’ll Do

• Perform comprehensive oral exams and diagnose dental conditions
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans
• Provide restorative, preventive, and surgical procedures
• Administer local anesthesia and sedation to ensure patient comfort
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Maintain thorough, accurate patient documentation
• Collaborate closely with the clinical and administrative team

Who This Role Is Ideal For

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Utah dental license (or eligibility)
• Strong foundation in comprehensive general dentistry
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Growth mindset and desire to continue developing clinically

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

• Adjusted production or guaranteed daily rate (whichever is higher)
• W-2 or 1099
• Position: Full-time or part-time schedule
• Flexible schedule
• Clear equity buy-in opportunity after one year

About The Practice & Support Model

• Partnered with Accelerate Dental, a non-corporate dental support organization
• Provides behind-the-scenes support, including recruiting, HR, payroll, and operational resources
• You will work directly for Art City Dental, alongside the same doctor and team each day, while benefiting from additional resources designed to support growth, mentorship, and long-term success for both the practice and its providers
• This is not a corporate dentistry model
