Associate Dentist - Herriman Hills Dental - Riverton UT

About the role

Herriman Hills is a busy, established family practice in Riverton, UT with strong patient demand, a loyal patient base, and continued growth. We are looking for an experienced associate dentist to join the team 1–2 days per week, with the ability to build out the schedule over time. Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are ideal, but we offer flexibility for the right candidate. Even if you can start with just one day, we are open to expanding from there. For a skilled provider with the clinical capabilities we seek, there is $4,000+ in daily production potential, and future partnership could be on the table for the right long‑term fit. You will step into an established, busy practice where patients are already on the schedule, new‑patient flow is consistent, and a strong hygiene program supports the work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive family dentistry, including crowns, restorative dentistry, root canals, extractions, and implants.
• Help keep additional treatment in‑house.
• Utilize advanced skills such as molar endodontics, implant dentistry, clear aligner therapy, or other advanced procedures (a major plus).

Requirements

• Experienced dentist able to practice confidently and independently, with mentorship and collaboration available from Dr. Clegg.
• Ethical, honest, reliable, and relationship‑driven; diagnoses thoughtfully, communicates well, and always puts the patient first.
• Collaborative, dependable, and easy to work with; eager to be part of a supportive team environment.
• Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
