We are seeking an experienced Full-Time General Dentist to join our established practice in Falcon, Colorado, a rapidly growing community just east of Colorado Springs. This opportunity is open because our current dentist is relocating outside of Colorado, creating an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to step into a clinical leadership role while continuing to provide excellent patient care. Our practice is established, busy, and supported by a strong PPO and FFS patient base. What You'll Do As the lead clinician, you will Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all agesDiagnose and develop appropriate treatment plansDeliver high-quality, patient-centered careLead the clinical direction of the practiceMentor and collaborate with the clinical teamBuild strong, trusting relationships with patientsMaintain high clinical standards and a commitment to continuing educationPerform a broad range of procedures within a family dentistry setting Our ideal candidate is comfortable practicing independently and enjoys the variety that comes with being the solo provider in a busy, established practice. Procedures & Clinical Experience We are looking for a dentist who is comfortable providing a broad scope of general dentistry, including Comprehensive restorative dentistryExtractionsAnterior and premolar endodonticsImplant restorationsInvisalignCrowns and bridgesTreatment planning and comprehensive case acceptanceOther common general dentistry procedures The Ideal Candidate 3+ years of clinical experienceActive Colorado dental licenseInvisalign certifiedComfortable practicing as a solo providerConfident with a broad range of general dentistry proceduresStrong diagnostic and treatment-planning skillsPatient-focused and committed to quality clinical outcomesNatural clinical leader who enjoys supporting and engaging a dental teamComfortable working in a fast-paced, established practice Schedule Full-Time | 4 Days Per Week Our schedule alternates weekly Monday-ThursdayTuesday-Friday This provides a consistent four-day clinical schedule while maintaining coverage across the practice's Monday-Friday operating week.
