Associate Dentist – Full-Time

We are seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join a growing dental practice. Key responsibilities include delivering comprehensive general dental care, providing same-day treatments, performing orthodontic procedures like Invisalign, endodontics, implants, and extractions. The role involves creating treatment plans, educating patients, building lasting relationships, and collaborating with the dental team to expand in-house services while maintaining a patient-centered experience. Qualifications include a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, an active Connecticut dental license, and preferably 2+ years of clinical experience. Skills and attributes required are strong clinical and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to clinical excellence and patient care. Experience or interest in Invisalign, endodontics, implants, and extractions is preferred. The candidate should be friendly, motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
