About the Role
Founding Lead Associate Dentist at Anytime Dental Care in Marin County, CA. This is not a typical dental office—we are building a hospitality-first, high-performance dental practice where patients are treated like guests and clinicians are supported to do their best work in a fast, calm, and high-level environment.
We offer 7am–9pm, 7 days/week access with 15 operatories (scaling to 20+) providing urgent care and comprehensive dentistry in a hospitality-driven experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality general dentistry
- Diagnose and present treatment clearly and confidently
- Drive case acceptance through trust and clarity
- Work efficiently without compromising care
- Collaborate with a hospitality-first front desk and operations team
- Contribute to a culture of excellence and consistency

Pay
Up to 50% commission depending on production, or up to $1200 per day temporary guarantee.
