Associate Dentist
Position Overview
The General Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient care. This role is ideal for a dentist who values quality clinical care and is interested in working with modern dental technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry
- Perform patient examinations and clinical diagnoses
- Develop and present individualized treatment plans
- Provide restorative and preventive dental care
- Educate patients regarding treatment options and oral health
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other team members
- Provide a positive and professional patient experience
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Current Missouri dental license, or ability to obtain Missouri licensure in a timely manner
- Strong diagnostic and treatment-planning skills
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable Performing Dental Extractions
- Comfortable learning and utilizing digital dentistry and advanced dental technology
- Commitment to continued clinical development and growth
Schedule
Full Time Monday through Friday Approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM One-hour lunch
Compensation & Benefits
$800 daily guarantee 32% of net production Full Benefits Package Additional benefit options available through the practice
