About the Role
Watson Pointe Dental is seeking an experienced, personable Associate Dentist to join our team. We are looking for a confident clinician who enjoys building relationships with patients, works well with a team, and can provide high-quality dentistry in a productive practice environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced dentist who is friendly, motivated, easygoing, and brings a positive attitude and sense of humor to the workplace.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical experience along with the ability to maintain an efficient pace of production.

Requirements
- Active Missouri dental license
- 5+ years of dental experience
- Strong clinical skills and an efficient pace of production
- Friendly, personable, motivated, and easygoing demeanor
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Ideally available to begin before December
Preferred Clinical Skills
- Molar endodontics
- Pediatric dentistry
- Implant placement
Schedule
This is a full-time position, working approximately 16 days per month, with the daily schedule structured according to the practice/SDM schedule.
About You
We’re looking for more than clinical ability. The right dentist will be someone who connects easily with patients and teammates, has a good sense of humor, and can contribute to a comfortable and positive practice environment. Previous experience and the ability to work at a productive clinical pace are especially important to the practice.
