Associate Dentist

Position Details

Full-time position 5-day work week
Single-doctor practice
Fully staffed and equipped office
Compensation based on 30% production

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care and treatment planning
• Diagnose and treat oral health conditions
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure excellent patient experiences
• Uphold high standards of patient care and professionalism

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active Michigan dental license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a single-doctor setting
• Commitment to quality patient care and long-term practice success
• Prior Clinical Experience Preferred But Not Required
• Experience with a broad procedure mix, including: Endodontics, Orthodontics, Implant placement
• Desire to continue growing clinically and professionally
