About the role

Lesan Family Dentistry is a well-established, high-producing private practice in Jacksonville, NC, led by Dr. Doug Lesan, a Navy veteran with over 30 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient base
• Diagnose and present treatment plans with confidence
• Perform a wide range of restorative and preventive procedures
• Educate patients on long-term oral health
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree
• Active North Carolina dental license

Qualifications

• Strong patient flow with opportunity to build quickly
• Full-time, 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday)
• No nights or weekends
• Technology & Environment: Digital scanners, CBCT imaging, CEREC technology
• Established, collaborative team culture
