Ghina Morad, DMD is a modern, patient-centered dental practice in Redwood City, CA, committed to delivering exceptional care through advanced technology, clinical excellence, and personalized dentistry. Our multidisciplinary practice provides comprehensive dental services, including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic, and implant dentistry, as well as sleep apnea and TMJ therapy. We utilize state-of-the-art technology, including 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanners, SprintRay 3D printing, CBCT imaging, digital radiography, and AI-assisted diagnostics to deliver efficient, precise, and comfortable patient care. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate Associate Dentist to join our collaborative team on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for a dentist who values clinical autonomy, advanced technology, and a patient-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry, including fillings, crowns, bridges, inlays, onlays, and implant restorations.
• Treat patients of all ages, including pediatric and adult patients.
• Provide emergency and same-day dental care while prioritizing patient comfort.
• Conduct hygiene examinations and collaborate with our in-house periodontist on periodontal treatment.
• Utilize digital impressions, intraoral imaging, and advanced diagnostics to support treatment planning.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment options, helping patients make informed decisions about their oral health.
• Collaborate with Dr. Morad on appropriate specialty services, including orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea, and TMJ therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and follow all applicable infection-control and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA/CODA-accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted California dental license in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in general dentistry.
• Current DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification.
• Malpractice insurance or eligibility for coverage.
• Proficiency in general restorative and prosthetic dentistry.
• Confidence treating both pediatric and adult patients.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with digital dentistry, including 3Shape TRIOS intraoral scanning and in-office 3D printing.
• Familiarity with CBCT interpretation and digital treatment planning.
• Experience with OpenDental practice management software.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted diagnostic technology.
• Experience or interest in implant restorations, clear aligners, cosmetic veneers, laser dentistry, or sleep apnea and TMJ therapy.
• Sedation experience or certification.
