Associate Dentist

About the role

Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
Provide on-site dental care within partnered retirement communities
Diagnose and present treatment plans
Educate patients on oral health and prevention
Maintain accurate documentation
Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Virginia dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Compassion for working with senior populations
• Team-oriented and adaptable mindset
