About the role
We provide on-site dental care in retirement and senior living communities, establish and grow a patient base, build long-term relationships with patients, support a supportive clinical and administrative team, offer modern equipment and streamlined systems, provide flexible scheduling, and offer growth and leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services
- Provide on-site dental care within partnered retirement communities
- Diagnose and present treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and prevention
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to ensure excellent patient experience
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active VA dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassion for working with senior populations
- Team-oriented and adaptable mindset
Pay
$800–$1,200 per day
