Associate Dentist

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our busy, patient-focused practice in Arlington, TN. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive dental care while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment that emphasizes excellent patient care and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental exams and diagnose dental conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments.
• Perform procedures such as crowns, extractions, root canals, and implants (preferred).
• Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to provide high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with dental regulations.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active Tennessee Dental License (Arkansas license is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of private practice experience required.
• Strong skills in general and restorative dentistry.
