Associate Dentist

About the role

Mor Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our high-performing, owner-operated practice in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

- Comprehensive treatment planning - Performing advanced procedures including implants, bone grafting, surgery, and full-mouth restorative care - Producing high earnings through production-based compensation - Joining a strong, established patient base in an exceptional demographic area

Requirements

- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school - Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure - At least 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred - Strong experience in general dentistry - Experience with implants, bone grafting, and surgery preferred - Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgment - A positive attitude, growth mindset, and desire to be part of a team-oriented culture
