Duties
- Perform comprehensive general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans
- Conduct preventive care and patient education
- Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists
- Maintain detailed and accurate records using Dentrix software
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Valid Ohio dental license
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures
- Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred)
- Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term practice growth and ownership
