Associate Dentist

About the role

The successful candidate will be an experienced Associate Dentist who is passionate about patient care and dental hygiene. Reporting to the Practice Manager, they will provide comprehensive dental care services, including routine check-ups, restorative procedures, and preventive treatments.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine dental examinations and diagnose oral health issues
• Provide preventive dental care such as cleanings and fluoride treatments
• Administer local anesthesia and perform basic dental procedures under supervision
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
• Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene or related field
• Current license to practice dentistry in Washington State
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a dental hygienist or assistant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using dental equipment and software
