Associate Dentist
We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our dental team. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of dental procedures with precision and confidence
- Conduct thorough patient assessments
- Utilize Open Dental software to document patient records accurately and efficiently while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Implement infection control protocols using aseptic techniques and adhere to strict sterilization standards to ensure patient safety
- Educate patients on treatment options and be available for questions and concerns
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to optimize workflow and enhance patient comfort
- Maintain detailed dental documentation and ensure all procedures comply with dental terminology standards and legal requirements
Requirements
- Valid dental license with eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs comprehensively and communicate effectively
- Ability to perform dental procedures confidently
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced dental office or clinic setting is highly preferred

$60,000.00 - $195,000.00 per year
