Associate Dentist

About the role

MyDental is seeking a motivated, patient-centered Associate Dentist to step directly into an established, thriving patient base in Fargo and eastern North Dakota. One of our doctors is relocating, creating a rare opportunity to inherit a full schedule of pediatric and adult patients from day one. You’ll work alongside an experienced, tight-knit team in a well-regarded, growing organization that prioritizes exceptional patient care in a warm, welcoming environment. The practice utilizes state-of-the-art technology and innovative techniques to offer a wide range of treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care to a full patient base of children and adults
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
• Collaborate with team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Stay current with dental advancements and implement new techniques and technologies

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• North Dakota dental license (or eligibility)
• Comfort and confidence treating both pediatric and adult patients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
