Associate Dentist

About the role

This position involves working Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8am to 5pm at an established NHS list with private growth opportunities in Darlington, County Durham.

Responsibilities

• Treatment of patients under NHS and private schemes
• Participation in a successful Therapy Model to support patient care
• Support from an established and sociable team including a clinical team, Oral surgeon, Orthodontist, Implant Surgeon, CQC Lead, Regional Clinical Support Advisor, Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator, and qualified support team
• Opportunity to partner with Bupa for treating insurance customers, improving revenue streams, and growing private work

• Ability to refer clinicians and staff for additional incentives

Requirements

• Registered Dentist
• Experience in private practice
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Current registration with the GDC
• Membership of the BDA
• Experience in private practice
