About the role
We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Associate Dentists support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of dental services to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
- Participate in morning huddles and team-building activities to promote a positive company image.
- Collaborate with a team of hygienists, dental assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide dental services to patients ranging in age from 3 to 21, with up to 30% of the patient base being adults.
- Adhere to state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure.
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units.
- Fiber-optic handpiece skills.
