What We're Looking For

• The Expertise: DDS/DMD from an accredited program and an active Washington State Dental License.
• The Philosophy: A clinician who aligns with our "Conservative and Kind" approach-prioritizing patient trust over transactional dentistry.
• The Skillset: Proficiency in general dentistry with a desire to expand your clinical reach (Endo, Oral Surgery, and restorative care).
