About the role

Full-time role with only 3 working days per week
4-day weekend every week
Sign-on bonus paid quarterly
Immediate production in a $1.7M practice
Approximately 40 new patients per month
Clinical autonomy with no micromanagement

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered dental care
• Diagnose and present treatment plans with confidence
• Build long-term patient relationships
• Collaborate with an experienced and supportive team

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active state dental license or ability to obtain
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-first, relationship-based care
