Requirements
- Active Idaho Dental License in good standing (Required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Associate role (Required).
Qualifications
- A confident clinician ready to direct a high-volume team with a "patient-first" mindset.
Compensation
Estimated $150,000 – $230,000+ (Based on % of Collections). Financial Security: 98% – 100% Collection Rate (Industry-Leading Revenue Cycle).
