Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom, laboratory, and/or clinical instruction to ADN students
- Mentor and support nursing students throughout the program
- Promote professionalism, patient safety, and critical thinking skills
- Maintain current knowledge and clinical expertise in OB/GYN and nursing practice
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment
Qualifications
- Current Texas RN License required
- Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree preferred, ideally in Nursing (MSN)
- If Master’s Degree is in another discipline, candidate must possess: - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of six (6) graduate nursing credit hours
- Strong OB/GYN or Women’s Health clinical background required
- Passion for teaching and student success
