About the role
This position plays a crucial role in providing customer care services at the 3rd Floor, One Waterfront Place, Morgantown, WV 26501. The incumbent will handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from students, faculty, staff, and visitors.Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails related to customer service issues.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Follow up on customer issues until resolution.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and professional image of the university.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
Qualifications
