Associate Dean for Academic Quality, Accreditation, and Compliance, Jefferson College of Nursing, Thomas Jefferson University, Center City Campus

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and continuing accreditation processes for all nursing programs
• Serve as primary liaison to accrediting and regulatory bodies
• Oversee preparation of self-studies and compliance documentation
• Own and operationalize the College's Systematic Evaluation Plan
• Establish, approve, and monitor program outcomes thresholds
• Ensure academic equivalence across all instructional locations
• Oversee compliance for distance education and out-of-state clinical placements

Qualifications

• PhD in Nursing or related field, or EdD
• At least one graduate degree in nursing
• Unencumbered RN license with eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing education
• Demonstrated expertise in accreditation processes
• Strong knowledge of academic assessment, program evaluation, and outcomes measurement
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational leadership skills

Pay

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
