Responsibilities
- Lead initial and continuing accreditation processes for all nursing programs
- Serve as primary liaison to accrediting and regulatory bodies
- Oversee preparation of self-studies and compliance documentation
- Own and operationalize the College's Systematic Evaluation Plan
- Establish, approve, and monitor program outcomes thresholds
- Ensure academic equivalence across all instructional locations
- Oversee compliance for distance education and out-of-state clinical placements
Qualifications
- PhD in Nursing or related field, or EdD
- At least one graduate degree in nursing
- Unencumbered RN license with eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Eligibility for appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or higher
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in nursing education
- Demonstrated expertise in accreditation processes
- Strong knowledge of academic assessment, program evaluation, and outcomes measurement
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational leadership skills
Pay
$90,000 – $120,000 annually
