About the role
The role of Associate Dean involves overseeing academic programs, faculty development, and student services within a university setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing educational quality, fostering a supportive learning environment, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and improving academic programs to meet institutional and accreditation standards.
- Mentoring and developing faculty members to enhance teaching effectiveness and research capabilities.
- Collaborating with students to address their academic needs and support their success.
- Overseeing administrative functions such as budget management and resource allocation.
- Fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement in all aspects of the academic program.
Requirements
- A Doctorate degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in higher education administration or equivalent.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with technology integration in educational settings.
Qualifications

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
