About the role

This position ensures property safety procedures are followed and maintains high quality standards in operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facilities by ensuring compliance of company policies.
• Maintains high quality standards in operational processes.
• Completes daily operations efficiently with daily goals.
• Processes inventory transactions by case or pair through the facility.
• Operates equipment as required by functional work area.
• Packs cartons in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Applies the correct shipping label to outbound cartons.
• Performs quality assurance activities as required.
• Participates in value add activities as needed.
• Resolves operational issues and communicates errors to supervisors.
• Identifies and implements opportunities for improvement.
• Supports changes in policies and procedures.
• Trains and participates in cross-training activities.
• Maintains equipment and supplies.
• Conducts 5S audits as requested.
• Performs safety inspections as requested.
• Communicates effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Learns and applies new order processing technology.
• Assists in other areas of the operation.
• Adapts to direction and feedback.
• Comprehends and applies work instructions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a distribution environment.
• Experience using RF devices.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
• Able to work at heights and use ladders.
• Able to work extended hours or days.

Qualifications

• Able to maintain a high attention to detail.
• Able to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Able to perform basic math.
