Responsibilities

• Help organizations transform data into actionable insights that improve decision-making, accelerate innovation, and solve complex business challenges.
• As part of the AI & Analytics practice, work with data, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence technologies to help clients uncover insights, improve performance, and create business value.
• Work on projects across industries such as healthcare, financial services, public sector, federal sector, automotive, energy, retail, industrial, and manufacturing.
• Work side‑by‑side with experienced consultants, data engineers, data scientists, AI specialists, and business professionals.
• Through mentorship, certifications, structured learning, and hands‑on client experiences, develop the skills needed to build a successful career in data and AI consulting.

Requirements

• Currently completing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, or similar technologies.
• Foundational understanding of databases, data structures, data processing, and analytics concepts with the ability to solve data‑driven business problems.
• Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or data‑driven decision‑making concepts gained through coursework, projects, research, certifications, IBM Skills Build, or self‑directed learning.
• Experience exploring cloud technologies, modern data platforms, or data architectures through coursework, labs, projects, hackathons, or internships.
• Ability to communicate technical findings and data‑driven insights to both technical and business audiences.
• Demonstrated application of programming, data, or analytical skills through coursework, projects, research, internships, hackathons, or personal learning.

Skills

• Exposure to analytics, business intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or cloud‑based data projects.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools, machine learning concepts, cloud platforms, or modern analytics solutions.
