Associate Data Delivery Manager

About the Role

Ensure all client needs are met utilizing in‑depth knowledge of company products in partnership with Sales and Field Operations.

Responsibilities

• Review data quality and make recommendations to improve the quality of our data deliveries.
• Maintain the integrity of client data required to meet client deliverables.
• Conduct quality checks and statistical analysis of data deliverables prior to client delivery.
• Create schedules of data collection to meet the data requests for the client.
• Determine optimal data collection sites, audit types, data collection methodology, and frequency to meet client needs.
• Approve invoices and ensure billing accuracy for all completed jobs.
• Facilitate communication with the Field Operations team on all new client requests and ensure successful implementation of processes for onboarding new client work.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Conduct ad‑hoc data inquiries initiated by the client.
• Foster collaboration across disciplines (e.g., Field Operations and Sales Team) to drive increased value proposition to our clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of account management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Aptitude for independent troubleshooting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, independent time management, and proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong computer skills, including extensive use of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate ranging from $19 to $22 per hour (non‑exempt), commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: in‑office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
