Associate Data Analyst (Hybrid)
PURPOSE
The main purpose of the data analyst is to support Marketing by fulfilling marketing data requests and preparing trusted, actionable data that enables scalable campaign execution and operations.
Essential Functions
- Supports stakeholder in gathering business and technical requirements to deliver data driven solutions.
- Engages in data exploration using various programming languages (reading and writing code), requiring knowledge of multiple database structures.
- Drafts technical documentation that is consistent with professional standards.
- Researches and analyzes data flow across data ecosystem including operational and analytical data platforms.
- Serves as a resource supporting data questions and issues from stakeholders.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data to glean insights, and suggests business-appropriate recommendations.
- Participates in the design, development, validation, and delivery of data to provide insight into business decisions.
Qualifications
- Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Successful completion of an internship in data analytics. Experience in health care industry.

- Knowledge and understanding of analytical tools, languages, applications, platforms.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to learn quickly and take direction.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $60,552 - $120,263. The actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and other factors.
