Associate Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and interpret data from diverse sources to support business decisions
• Build and maintain data pipelines and datamarts for reporting and analysis
• Design and develop dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for performance visibility
• Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel
• Partner with business stakeholders to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate reporting processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a technology or business field
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or SAS
• Ability to track and communicate the status of team initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering cross-functional collaboration
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
