Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. Extract data from various enterprise sources including Snowflake, Azure SQL, SAP, and APIs. Develop and maintain data pipelines and datamarts for consultant, customer, sales, and commission data. Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau. Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify trends and business drivers. Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, scope analytical requirements, and deliver insights.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a technology or business field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python.
• Ability to track and communicate the status of team initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
