We need to output HTML fragment only, with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Must preserve all substantive info. Let's parse the posting. Content: - Intro: "Points North is looking for a results-driven Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on driving retention and renewals, expanding client relationships, cross-selling added software and modules, and maximizing customer value. As a key partner to our clients, you will proactively work with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in shaping our customer success strategy." That's about the role. Could be "About the role" section. - "What You’ll Be Doing:" then bullet points under subheadings: Client Retention, Cross-Selling & Upselling, Account Management. Those are responsibilities. Thus we can have a Responsibilities section with
  • items. Could also break into subheadings but spec says use

for section headings only; we can have subheadings maybe not required. We'll just list responsibilities as list items. - "What We Are Looking For:" then bullet list of desired traits/experience. That could be Requirements or Qualifications? There's also a separate "Qualifications:" section later. So we need to differentiate. We have "What We Are Looking For:" list: - Experience managing customer relationships, driving retention and revenue growth - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines - Motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and a solutions-oriented problem solver These are more like skills/requirements. Could go under Requirements or Skills. Then we have "Qualifications:" list: - Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Business or similar field, or equivalent relevant working experience - Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment - 1+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management - Experience working within highly regulated industries and/or construction industry, preferred - Local to the Greater Twin Cities area, willing to work hybrid 1-2 days per week out of our Bloomington, MN headquarters These are qualifications. Then benefits: "At Points North, we believe that taking care of our team is the foundation of our success. That’s why we’ve created a benefits package designed to support you both personally and professionally:" then list: - Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans are available to keep you and your family healthy. - Retirement Savings: Invest in your future with employer-matching contributions to a SIMPLE Traditional and/or ROTH IRA plan. - Time Off: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and Volunteer Time Off (VTO) are offered so that you can take time to recharge and give back to what matters to you. - Growth Opportunities: Professional development is encouraged whether it be in training, certifications, or other opportunities to boost your career. - Flexibility: Depending on the role, remote or hybrid arrangements may be made available to fit your lifestyle and business needs. Then Pay: "For this position the base salary range is $65,000.00-$70,000 per year, plus additional commission-based compensation. Final compensation determinations will reflect your unique experience, skills, and the responsibilities of the role." Schedule: Not explicitly given besides hybrid 1-2 days per week out of Bloomington, MN headquarters (that's location/hybrid). Could be schedule: hybrid 1-2 days per week. The posting mentions "Local to the Greater Twin Cities area, willing to work hybrid 1-2 days per week out of our Bloomington, MN headquarters." That's location and schedule hybrid. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not include boilerplate like "Ready to join our team? Apply today..." etc. Remove that. Also remove duplicated lines. Ensure we preserve all substantive info. Now decide sections: - About the role: intro paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Be Doing:" (including sub-bullets). We'll combine into list items. - Requirements: maybe the "What We Are Looking For:" list (skills/attributes). Could be Requirements. - Qualifications: the "Qualifications:" list. - Benefits: list. - Pay: salary range. - Schedule: hybrid 1-2 days per week. We should not create Skills section unless we have specific skills list separate; we have skills in Requirements; we could combine Requirements and Skills but spec says we can include Skills section if there is content. We have skills list in "What We Are Looking For:" which could be considered Skills. But we also have Requirements (experience managing customer relationships etc). Might be overlapping. To follow spec, we can create both Requirements and Skills sections if we can split content. But we need to avoid thin sections. Better to have Requirements (experience) and Skills (soft skills). However the "What We Are Looking For:" includes both experience and skills. Let's parse: - Experience managing customer relationships, driving retention and revenue growth (experience) - A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service (skill/mindset) - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills (skill) - Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines (skill) - Motivated self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity and a solutions-oriented problem solver (skill) We could put experience under Requirements, and the rest under Skills. But the spec says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine into one Requirements section that includes both experience and skills. Then we don't need Skills section. Qualifications separate. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Check if any content missing: location/hybrid is in Qualifications (local to Greater Twin Cities area, willing to work hybrid 1-2 days per week). That could also go under Schedule. But we already have Schedule section for hybrid. We'll keep location maybe in Qualifications? Actually location is not a qualification but a requirement. Could be part of Requirements. But we already have Requirements with experience/skills. We could add location there. However spec says we should not create thin sections; we can add location to Requirements as a bullet. But we also have Schedule section for hybrid 1-2 days per week. That's fine. Now ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Now produce HTML fragment:
