Join our dynamic team as an Associate, Customer Experience. This role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus
