Join our dynamic team as an Associate, Customer Experience. This role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex issues efficiently
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
