Responsibilities
- Lead creative development for a brand within The Shop
- Help teams develop stronger, smarter, more distinctive creative ideas
- Guide writers and art directors throughout the creative process
- Translate strategic briefs into integrated campaign ideas across broadcast, digital, social, influencer, experiential, retail, and branded content activations
- Lead brainstorms, creative reviews, and work sessions
- Present and defend creative work to stakeholders and leadership teams with clarity and conviction
- Ensure campaign consistency, quality, and effectiveness across all touchpoints
- Partner closely with Account Management and Creative Strategy throughout the process
- Help teams navigate feedback, shift priorities, timelines, and production realities while protecting the integrity of the work
- Ensure campaign work stays strategically grounded, on-brand, and creatively strong across channels
- Mentor and support junior team members and help create a collaborative, high-performing creative culture
Requirements
- You have a BA Degree or HS Diploma with relevant experience
- You have 6+ years of creative campaigning experience
- You have experience leading creative work in an external advertising agency environment and/or in-house environment (portfolio required)
- You have strong conceptual and integrated campaign development skills
- You have exceptional creative judgment, storytelling, and presentation abilities
- You have ability to lead, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams
- You have experience developing campaign work across multiple channels and formats
- You have the ability to balance creative ambition, strategic thinking, timelines, and production realities
- You have travel 10-15% for photoshoots and other initiatives
- You are familiar with creative production workflows and Adobe Creative Suite
