Associate Creative Director

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Creative Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a life sciences environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $95,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Concept and execute multi-channel campaigns for clients Lead and motivate a team of designers and copywriters Ensure design excellence and adherence to brand standards Collaborate with Account and Project Management to oversee creative deliverables Partner with various teams to develop project briefs and assess outcomes Present creative ideas to clients incorporating feedback Maintain team morale while handling fast-paced project demands Qualifications 7+ years of managerial creative roles in a related industry Strong leadership skills to guide creative teams from concept to execution Expertise in art direction and design across various media types Proficient in user-centered design methodologies and tools Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Background in Visual Design with campaign storytelling experience A degree in Design, Art Direction, or related field is preferred Benefits Generous holiday and paid time off Options for private medical, dental, and vision plans Access to mental wellness coaching and support Over 13,000 online classes available through LinkedIn Learning Free snacks in the office to promote well-being Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
