Associate Country Manager, Greece (Remote)

About the role
The Associate Country Manager is responsible for day-to-day implementation and coordination of the recruitment and retention strategy. You will work closely with the sponsor’s study team, internal program team, research study sites, and WCG recruitment and retention representatives to ensure successful clinical trial recruitment and retention.
Responsibilities
- Present WCG services to local CRAs and sponsors.
- Reach out to Study Site Investigators and Study Site Teams to assess needs and identify opportunities to provide/sell WCG services.
- Support contracting with medical institutions.
- Locate and provide training for study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators.
- Assist the Country Manager with administrative tasks.
- Manage study personnel and Clinical Research Coordinators, including working hours and invoice approval.
- Update Site Status Tracker and report program results regularly.
- Attend internal calls.
- Perform duties in accordance with WCG’s Standard Operating Procedures, Good Clinical Practice, European GDPR, and local anti-kickback/anti-bribery regulations.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Sales, Customer Service, Clinical Research, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Native Greek speaker highly preferred; proficiency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and handle multiple tasks with changing deadlines.
- Strong customer focus and team-player mindset.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Sales training is an advantage.
- 5%–10% travel required.

Pay
Expected base salary range: $34,500–$49,000, varying based on qualifications, experience, skills, education, and geographic location.
Schedule
This is a full-time, regular position. Majority of time is spent seated with frequent opportunities to move. Work involves light to moderate physical effort (e.g., sitting, standing, walking, bending, lifting lightweight objects). Sensory requirements include sustained concentration, attention to detail, and interpreting multiple inputs for moderate to lengthy durations.
This is a remote position available only to candidates who reside in Greece.
