Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate and transactional matters for the company
- Network and review and negotiate complex contracts and legal documents
- Counsel on legal implications of policies and regulations
- Prepare and lead educational programs for team members
- Conduct legal research and support
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree required
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate and transactional health law
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures
- In-depth knowledge of relevant healthcare laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and project management skills
